Program Overview

This six-day Hawaiian incentive trip had over three hundred in attendance, and occurred at the Four Seasons Maui. Maui’s most luxurious oceanfront resort is home to an infinity pool and creating lasting impressions. The company’s top performers received a daily gifting experience with an extensive activity load. Options for group and individual activities included snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, volcano tours, hiking, whale watching, options for spa treatments, and golf.

Visual Identity

The visual identity of the trip featured the colors of the sunrise and sunset. The design was carried out through desk cards, bag tags, shirts, hats, gifting cards, dinner menus, signage, and dinner invitations. The visuals included palm trees, soft pastels, and waves.

Marketing Campaign

This multi-month campaign featured several postcards, spiral-bound agendas, and boxed gifts. The campaign started six months before the beginning of the program. The campaign included teaser email for the location, email announcement of winners, mailer delivered to winners’ homes, building the excitement mailer, and final event mailer delivered.

Trip Design

For this incentive trip, it was important for there to be some time set aside for connection as a group each day. Some of these occasions included a welcome reception, a group pool party, and an evening awards dinner to recognize individuals in a more personal way. In addition to the group items on the agenda, the attendees were given a long list of other activities to pick and choose from during their free time in paradise. Spa treatments, rainforest hikes, surf school, and culinary experiences are just a few examples of the many opportunities attendees were able to partake in at their leisure.

Activities

Gifting

This trip included daily in-room gift drops with gifts ranging from a tote with sunscreen and other trip essentials to a pineapple drinking cup with a DIY Mai Tai kit included. These daily in-room gift drops created a spark for our attendees as they got to enjoy a daily gift. Other gifting opportunities had sports apparel popup shop for guests to choose their gift. These gifting experiences elevated the entire trip.
