The Maverik Grand Roadshow was a series of one-day events celebrating the grand openings of Maverik stores across the West. Blending experiential marketing with pop-up parking lot parties, these events reinforced brand engagement and expanded community outreach, ultimately driving increased foot traffic to each store. Unbridled supported the conceptualization, strategy, and execution of the roadshow, working closely with each store to ensure a regionally tailored experience. From Colorado to California, everything needed for the event traveled in a mobile Airstream Bambi, equipped with environmental branding, AV equipment, and custom wood-burning swag supplies. Collaborating with key stakeholders from Maverik and various sponsors, the team delivered a budget-friendly, yet impactful experience for Maverik customers—full of celebration, connection, and brand engagement.

The Maverik Grand Roadshow were community-focused pop-ups open to everyone, designed to introduce people to the Maverik brand while making a positive impact. These events aimed to raise money for Feeding America, supporting efforts to fight hunger, while encouraging attendees to join Maverik’s Adventure Club. Through a mix of fun activities, activations, and a welcoming atmosphere, the pop-ups provided an opportunity for people to learn more about Maverik’s offerings, connect with the brand, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
Creative Branding
For the 2024 Maverik Roadshow pop-ups, we crafted a cohesive and visually engaging brand identity that was present in every detail without being overwhelming. Our creative branding deliverables included eye-catching signage, collateral, and overall theme design that brought the Maverik brand to life. The standout feature was a fully branded airstream, which served as the centerpiece of the event, drawing attention and acting as a hub for the experience. We also designed Maverik-branded merch, including iron-on patches and temporary tattoos, offering attendees unique and memorable swag. The entire event maintained a consistent Maverik feel, while allowing the brand to connect with the community in a fun and approachable way.

Enter the Airstream Bambi—a sleek, iconic trailer that became the centerpiece of the Maverik Roadshow. Our design team worked tirelessly to craft an eye-catching exterior that captured Maverik’s adventurous spirit. Once the design was finalized, we partnered with a trusted vendor to wrap the Airstream, transforming it into a rolling billboard of brand energy.
But the magic didn’t stop at the visuals. The Airstream became the hub of the entire pop-up experience. Our team served drinks, distributed Maverik-branded swag, and created an inviting atmosphere that drew crowds at every stop. The Airstream wasn’t just a backdrop—it was the heartbeat of the event, setting the stage for engagement and excitement. Attendees couldn’t get enough, making it clear that this wasn’t just a pop-up—it was an experience to remember.
